Regarding Refund

Sub: Refund of Fees

Sir/Madam,

I had Taken Admission in your college in year 2008 for PGDM Course. I submitted fees for first year around (1 Lakh 30 Thousand Rupees).. After that i suffered with medical complications.By chance, I have the fees receipt also. I told my problem to the director and concerned person of your college. As, i had not attended a single class, and as my doctor recommended me for taking full time bed rest, i have logical reasons asking for refund of my fees. I even requested to deduct some amount of money and refund the remaining as i had taken educational loan and i cann't incure this much amount of loss. In addition i also told if your institute cann't refund my money back, please provide me the laptop according to institute policy. But all these efforts in vain. It's now more than 1 year.

I am again requesting you to please look into this matter and find some solution out of that.
