Imint card not recieved

Hello This is Ravimurthy from Bangalore. My Imint card is not recieved so far, record shows that it was sent to me on January 08, the details are as under;

I-Mint Card number 9401150956458003

The number mentioned in the message is 40796468, which is not existing.

Please help me in recieving the card.
