Not Received I-Mint Card

My Imint Card no is 9401 1506 0807 2509.

I have not recd any Imint Card from Imint company. I have repeateadly

informing to the customer care since June 08 & they every time says that it would be reached your residence withing 7 working days. But i have not received the card yet. I can't redeem my rewards points.

Please help!!!
