I- mint card
Non reciept of the i-mint card

Sir. this is in regards to non reciept of the I-mint card no, 9401151132843506 till date by us, I would like to lodge a complaint against it that either the same to be isued again or the same no.of reward points to be reverterd back to us in our ICICI Credit card account, I also got a confirmatory SMS on my Cell regarding the despatch of the same on 18June 09 but the same has not been recieved till date. I therefore req you to kindly take action against the providers for the inconvenience caused by us
