Hi,

I purchased an 'IMPIANA QN BED STORAGE G.MAPLE' and detailed information for which is mentioned below.

After few days of the purchase we noticed that some of the supporting angle was displaced due to which a crackling sound was produced. Noise was so irritating that we were unable to sleep on it.

We had lodged a complaint (Complaint No. 447) on 6th Aug 09 which was rectified after a week.

Again after 2 months the same sound was noticed and we re-lodged the complaint (Complaint No. 595) on 25 Oct 09 which is unattended till now. We had again contacted the concerned person (Mr Jawad) but didn’t get any response.

Will be very much obliged if you look into the matter and get the issue resolved at earliest.
