Sir,

My Speed post of income tax refund with docket no. EY291965665IN was returned undelivered. When inquired with the GPO Bangalore, i was informed that the address was not traceable.

How come postal departments have forgotten city address, they are not able to trace an address in the heart of the city. Better to tie up with a courier company
