Refund

Dear Sir,

I have traveled on dated 18.06.2008 by train no 2654 from Chandigarh to New Delhi . my ticket was reserved from Chandigarh to Kota originally which was canceled by me at New Delhi railway station through TDR NO 814258 dated 18.06.2008 at 14: 30 hrs. because of route diversion of train due to Gurjar Riots. I have send an application for refund of difference Fare along with TDR through Registered POST on 09.07.2008.Even after 90 days when I did not get refund. I reapplied again through registered post on dated 07.10.2008 but still today i could not get the Refunds till date 21.11.2008.

Kindly try to help me to get Refund as soon as possible
