This is regarding Indane Gas booking @ Kalpana Gas agency - Vijaynagar - Bangalore. They provide very poor service. They have 12 phone lines. But every time it comes busy. Sometimes the phone rings but the agency people pick up the receiver and keep it aside without answering the call. If you have to book a cylinder, you need to go there personally.

I have never ever seen such a poor serviced Gas agency who never responds to customers.

If you have book it over phone you need atlest two days or atleast have some luck so that they answer your call.
