Non Delivery of LPG cylinde

I am consumer of Indane, currently located in Tripunithura, Ernakulam. Rasmi Gas Service is the distributor in this area. Ocassionally they do not deliver gas cylinders quoting lorry strike or employee strike. I am a home user, who requires a cylinder only once in 2-2 1/2 months. They are not even providing me a cylinder inspite of this. Though I book much prior (almost two months ahead).

I am not satisfied with their service. The working of this particular gas agency is highly corrupt. When we got our connection transferred to this place, they even compelled us to buy one apron costing Rs.350/-.
