Late Home Delievery

Amit Garg frm Narwana, Haryana here. i booked a refil of Indane gas From their Distributor Bhagwati Gas Service on 5/08. but they are not giving me home delievery for that. When Today as on 16/08 i complain to the owner, they answered that v r not in a situation to giv u home delievery even till next four days, where i need refil urgent, coz of festive season.
