False deduction

I have been deducted R. 2500.00 from my ICICI credit card account and I got the information through my cell phone on the 22nd feb.2009. I have NOT done any transaction with that above said company.

I have no dealing with that company anytime.

Please help and nullify that transaction. It seems that there are very many such complaints in connection with that company.
