Efund amt of cancelled ticket

Dear Sir,

It is regret to say that besides of my several reminders & no. of request there is neither any reply nor any refund of cancellation ticket till date.

One ticket no. 0582301840256 & RIUIRC from Mumbai to Nagpur to the name of Mr Rakesh Jejani cancelled the ticket in the month of 23Jun’2009. Above said ticket was booked from Nagpur City Office Civil Line, Through the Credit card Of No*******3462amount of Rs. 3, 479/- Neither, you have refund the money nor you have given me any feedback of Now, I am fed up too, sufficient time given to you, but till date you have not given me a refund of cancellation ticket.

In Tthe city office of Nagpur Miss Gita has who have no manners with talk to client and She was not solve my problem till date..

If this time you will not take any action on against of NGP city office so i have only one option and its Consumer Court...
