Closing of saving accunt

CLOSING SAVINGS ACCOUNT

Sir,

I want to complaint that i have given an application in ICICI BANK (BAREILLY) to close my savings account no.016301503960 on Nov and submitted all related documents. Bank personnel told me that he had closed the above account. But now I have received Quarterly statement for same account showing my balance in negative.

Therefore, sir, I am requesting you that to take a suitable action and close the account at the earliest being a Army personnel.
