ABNORMAL DELAY IN SUPPLY OF LPG CYLINDER

I am a consumer under North Howrah Gas Distributors, 177, G.T.Road, Howrah-711106, consumer no.27708.From last three months supply of gas is very irregular and it is being supplied at a average time of three to four weeks. I had booked my gas on 7th January the delivery of which is yet to be made. Booking No. 4230. The Said agency does not even respond to any query over phone properly.
