i filled diesel extra mile in my mahindra scorpio from doraha filling station, Doraha, Bazpur, Distt. udham singh nagar

Next day when i tried to start the vehicle, it did not start.vehicle was toed to the adgency for check up and found fuel pump was damaged and may be engine as well.

On further investigation found water mixed with diesel which caused all these problems.the estimated cost of damaged fuel pump only is one lac.and if any damge with engine it costs extra.

Please advice me what action should be taken.
