Contents of Parcel through Indian Postal Services missing

Sir,

1. I had sent a parcel to Gurgaon on 04th Nov at 12:00. Details are as under:

RP A 4158

Counter No. 1 OP Code:1

Wt: 1515 grams

Amount: Rs. 84.00

2. My problem is that the contents of the parcel were missing when my sister at Gurgaon opened the parcel, moreover the box containing the items was badly damaged when she opened the parcel. Somebody had tampered with the parcel.

3. I had manier times send a parcel (three hand bags), it had never happened before. This time I am feeling cheated as the contents were missing.

4. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
