Unauthorised/non entitled passengers in the First Class COach

Sir,

I am a daily passenger in the First Class Compartment between Nadiad to Bharuch. I have to write my experience dring my travell is that all the MEMU Train! st Class COaches are filled with Class IV employees of Railway and smoking in the coach.

In the express Trains Railway employees who are not entitled for 1st class Pass also travelling daily for job at Vadodara and Bharuch. Is leaving Head Quarter is permitted? Daily one Mr. Sharma is taking one lady alongwith him stating that "STAFF" and no ticket examinar takes pain to see the proof of Staff. Kindly instruct the Rail Coach attendant and TC to check the passengers and vacate the illegal and ineligible passengers from the First Class COaches of Express and Memu Trains.

Another thing is that retired Employees and their Families are travelling daily in First Class Coach without pass or ticket. Is it permissible, if not so why it is happening. Yesterday i.e. on 14th Nov, when I was travelling in 9011 Dn from Baroda. One young boy has come and sit in the First Class and Ticket Checker has come and asked he said that pass and shown som green paper to him said OK. This boy is travelling daily from Anand to Braoda for Study something and his parent may be in the railway and a pass get issued and the same is using by his family for routine journey for education, purchase and entertainment purpose journey till the last date of validity. It should be stoped immediately and the passenger traffic can be reduced and the railwy can earn some profit. There should be strict watch on the Railway staff on misusing the Rail pass and other benefit.
