Non providing of bearths as per ticket

Respected Sir,

1. We had booked 6 bearths for the journey from Dibrugarg to Guwahati by 5960 Kamrup Exp for

journey commenced on 01 May 09 in AC III vide ticket #07451067, PNR #6124215693.

2. On ticket, we were allotted bearths as per details mentioned below:-

33-LB, 34-MB, 35-UB, 36-LB, 37-MB, 38-UB.

3. On the day of journey coach #NF 03114 having capacity of 72 bearths was provided resulting the following location of bearths :-

33-UB, 34-SL, 35-SM, 36-SU, 37-LB, 38-MB

4. The new allotment of bearths was not in agreement of ticket issued which caused inconvienent to us. The journey was very uncomfortable.
