Dear Sir,
I filed a online TDR on 16/02 for Refund due to train cancelled on 13/02. The PNR is 6422042455. I have to face severe inconvinience due to the train cancellation as the train timing was at 10.35 pm in the night. Train cancellation was declared at arround 10-10.15. In the night there was no alternative way to go to my destination and the railway department took no responsibility of the passengers who booked tickets. It was a painful day to return itself as we have to pay double of the taxi face as it was night.
Now after filling the TDR, it moves from TDR Entered, Admin Approved, CCM Registered and finally CCM Regreted after 5-6 months. Surprisingly for no reason. I have already send so many mails to IRCTC customer care and to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in, but donot get any reply.
This shows the quality of the services of the Indian Railways. Should Raiway Minister will give a look to the matter and have an fair idea how is the services to the common man being provided by Railways...
