Disloyalty in refund

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that I have put the tiket for refund as on 20th of Oct. The pnr no is 844-6553577 and the file no is 34636H DL-71.

But I have not yet received the refund amount for my ticket.

It’s due to your staff’s negligence & carelessness. My refund amount has been sent to somebody else’s address.

And now they are not ready to give me the refund amount back.

I have gone to the Railway office for four times Iam a working person due which can't go personally to the Railway office again and again

So kindly look in to this matter.
