No refund of ticket recieved

I had booked a ticket from chennai central to howrah on 16/06 for train no 2840 using VISA Debit card. The ticket was worth 1857/-. the ticket no was 84054303 booked for three adults. The train was cancelled due to heavy rain as a result of which i had to cancell the ticket on 19/06 vid. rn invoice no. 011362 bn 002395.Cancellation amount was 1857. But till date i have not recieved the refund amount. It was supposed to be credited on my VISA card but it has not been credited till date. I had given a reminder on sep 08 but to no avail. Therefore i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.
