Misbehaivour by persons at ticket windows

Dear sir
Today an hour ago i went to surat railways station to seeoff my wife she was leaving paschim express.
When i went to ticket window to buy myself a platform ticket i was asked by the person at window to give him loose change of rs 2 while i was having Rs 10 note. he said he wont give me ticket unless i give him change. when i again requested him that pls give me the ticket as i was getting late. he started talking rudely and abused me.
