TDR refund not received

My TDR refund for PNR No:2252792501 was rejected without any valid reason. Multiple phone calls to the railway board line 011-23345900 and emails to tdrprocess@irctc.co.in have gone in vain. The TDR claim was initiated 7 months ago!!!
