Non Receipt of TDR refunds

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per rules of railways one should get refund as per TDR within 60 days after filing TDR but till date i have not received the said sum and its pending fro 3 journeys which were not done

Their respective details are as below

Transaction Ids are 0112652550, 0111555948, 0116508988

PNR Numbers are

6327179625, 6227220311, 2622715856

TDR Entry Dates are

17-May, 16-May, 03-Jun

Please let me know the competent department which is looking into this matter along with the email ids where i should be lodging my complaints
