Non receipt of refund amount on cancelled e ticket even after 123 days

Sir,

I had to cancel the e ticket for my journey from Chakki Bank to Indore by 2920 Malwa Exp., dtd 25/05/09 as the train was cancelled due to riots in Punjab (PNR No. 2257438743 / Transaction Id 0096346964). A TDR for refund was filed on 02/06/09 (Ref No ekt200906200549465).

More than 120 days have passed but I have not received the refund amount.
