Regarding refund for cancelled ticket

Respected Sir/ Madam,

I had cancelled an E-ticket (PNR No : 4360716691 and the Transaction ID: 0036569388) few days ago. The amount has not been credited to my account so far. I have registered the complaint with IRCTC through care@irctc and also ove the phone. But it availed no help. Kindly provide the needful help.
