To: The Hon ble Rail Minister. Govt of India.
Respected Mam,
I regret to inform you that the situation of trains have not improved between the Patna Jn. and Kiul Jn. Each and every time when I travel through this passage I have to face a lot of problems occurred by the unauthorised and illegal chain pullers due to which we have to miss our next train or to loss time and money. On 29th Oct I boarded the Intercity Patna Banka Express for Patna with my family from KIUL Jn, which was already late by more than five hours. We have to catch the Garib Rath for New Delhi, but due to late that was very tough. We narrated our problem to the Driver and he promised to catch our train within the time since after KIUL, there were only a few stoppage and two hours is enough. But when the train started, we were shocked to see that on each and every stations and even on haults the GUNDAS pulled pulled and pulled the chain of the train as it was their own property or hired private taxi. I am also sure that no body of them purchased any ticket for the same. We looked for the GRP, but there were no one to help. Leaving the honest passengers in such a pathetic condition, what the railway expects from us? Actually there is no law and order between Patna Jn and KIUL Jn and even a lad stops a superfast train in front of his cottage? Is there anyone in your ministry to listen to us? This is an example only, the same tragedy is faced daily by even Deluxe Poorva, Akal Takht, Upasana and other Super fast express trains. Those GUNDEs not only regularly pull the chain but also occupy the reserved AC coaches, I am not telling about Sleepers class, because these seats are permanently occuppied by those GUNDES in each and every train upto Patna and there is no one to check or stop them. Could we expect appropriate action in this regard? Thanking you.
