No TC ame to check a Ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

I traveled from Northern Railway from H. Nizamuddin to Haridwar since 14 March My PNR NO. was 814-1109408 it was JBP HW KUMBH SPL. the train was 1.30 hrs late when we boarded into train i saw in my seat which was confirmed the other people is seated there i asked him to vacant the seats he told me i am coming from back station this was my seat i tried to convince them after one hour past they hardly vacant the seat but this problem was not facing by me the all passenger which boarded from Delhi they all faced. We all hoped that when the T.C. will come to check the ticket the problem will automatically solved but we got disappointed that no single ticket checker & R.PF. came to see the ticket & train security up to Haridwar and people who had confirmed ticket faced lots of inconvenienced. I want to know is there any T.C. on duty if yes then what duty he had performed & the RPF was not checking the bogies so if you think there is any mistake by your employers then please take action which required to teach them lesson and I am requesting you please provide in good service in Kumbh Special train.
