I am not satisfied in the train journey2515 tvm gohati express

Sir

my brother and family is now on train who started journey from kottayam,

to gohati, by tvm -gohati 2515 express, started 18.04.10 sunday from tvm.

they are travelling in three tier AC (b3, b4 coches) sleeper coches, from starting, the air condition is not properly working, complaint book is not available at the time of request, water filling is not properly, now 20-04-10 tuesday 10.00am the train reached near kolkatta, the position is same

request u to rectify the air condition problems and arrange the sufficient fecilities
