PERTAINS TO PRESENTLY RUNNING TRAIN NO. 2723 APEXP BONAFIDE PASSENGERS DEPRIVED

My Dirver Mr Manak, his wife Santoshi and their three minor children were allotted five berths Nos. 1, 2, 3, 15 and 16 in the coach No. S-6 of the presently (03 May) running Train No. 2723 AP Express from Hyderabad to Bhopal.

Whereas, the family were able to occupy berth Nos. 15 & 16 in the compartment No. S-6, they found some unauthorized persons occupying berths No. 1, 2 and 3 in the same compartment.

The TTE In Charge of Compartmrent No. S-6, ignored their plea to help them occupy the bonafide berths Nos. 1, 2 and 3 and walked off presumably by taking gratification from the passengers unauthorizedly occupying berths Nos. 1, 2 and 3 in compartment No. S-6 of 2723-AP EXP of today the 03 May.

Mr Manak, my Driver and his wife are absolutely illiterate and the children are uneducated. All they could do was to telephone to me from the train to help them occupy their allotted berths.
