I am not satisfied with Indian Railways Tatkal reservation using irctc website

Sir,

I tried to book ticket using IRCTC website. It is a Tatkal reservation. While i tried at 8.00 AM on 22-05, the website showed "The Reservation Starts at 8.00AM" even the time crossed 8.03AM also. Also the website is not opened until 9.00 AM. It shows either the service unavailable or the host webaddress not working.

I feel there is a frau behind this issue. Because, this is the 10th time i am trying this kind of tatkal booking. I doubt that There are some brokers who are booking the ticket in advance using some illegal ways.

Also when i checked the ticket availablity for 24th 05 on 22nd May it is showing waiting list. How it is possible as the ticket booking on Tatkal scheme is possible only 2 days before the date of journey.

Hence i kindly request you to accept this complaint and get me the justice for this complaint.

I feel this is a human basic rights violation in Indian railways.

Kindly do the needful.
