Smoking misbehaving without ticket passangers

I am currently sitting in s13 of tamil-nadu express going from delhi to nagpur. there is a group of 7 drunkards; who do not have reservation. moreover they are smoking, in the running train. misbehaving with passengers and talking loudly at midnight. no one is ready to control them...

I believe there should be some security personnel for all bogies
