Pls Bann On GUTKHA TOBACO in train and railway stations

Hello Sir,

I am always come by train in Mumbai, and i see the compartment and the door of local train (ecpt ladies compartment) are painted with split of TOBACCO & GUTKHA. its looks very dirty and shabby. The new local trains are so nice its very comfortable but the people who eat GUTKHA & TOBACCO are making the train very dirty. So pls ban on GUTKHA & TOBACCO in train.
