1.No Attender in 1st AC 2. 1st AC ticket not being issuied

I was travelling by 6529 on 26-09-10 from Yadgir to Bangalore PNR-814-6427726. 1st AC. There was no response of bell, when i asked person came for collecting Bed Rolls why no response of bell, he mentioned that now we have been assigened the work of laying and collecting bed Rolls only. from when the attender services have been removed. Please confirm.
Secondly, 1st AC tickets are not issued specially in train No.6530 telling no room and in train, almost all the bearths are vacant. Why so.
