Dirty Linens

I have been frequently travelling between Patna and Howrah and between Patna and New Delhi/Hazrat Nizamuddin. Whenever I have travelled in AC II tier or AC III Tier in trains like Howrah Danapur Express or Garib Rath/Sampoorn Kranti etc I have found that the Linens provided are used and dirty. It seems that a big racket is going on in the railways as far as washing of its linens are concerned. Used bed sheets are wrapped and kept in brown envelops as if they are coming straight from the dry cleaners. Whenever I have protested, my linens have been immediately replaced so that I don t make any issue out of this. My most recent experience was when I was travelling in Garib rath from Nizamuddin to Patna on 13th -14th September in G6. My PNR No was 2409736801. Is any one listening?
