Dirty bed roll

I travelled in train no.5015 from lucknow junction to yeshwantpur my pnr no. is 2537348893 on 12/07/12010 in 2-AC during this journey helper provide me a dirty bed roll during journey i asked for new bedroll he replied sir all bed rolls are dirty finally i took the bedroll but it was too dirty with the spots of blood also. so i was not use that bed roll. The journey of lucknow to yeshwantpur took up to 45 to 46 hrs and these 45 to 46 hrs i travelled in 2-AC without bed rolls if i paid to much for the facility to the railway so why railway didnt provide better service. I also complained on railway sms based complaint service (on 09717630982) but first time they didnt replied me after 1 month i complained again but still didn t get any grievance from railway site
