Not Satisfied with Indian Railway on Sampark Kranti Express

I Harish Kumar with group of Six people, four out which were Senior Citizens traveled from New Jalpaiguri (NJP) to New Delhi through PORVOTR S KRNTI train number 2501 departure time from NJP is 13:30 and arrival time at NDLS is 13:00 on next day. This train is Sampark Kranti and it was late by 8 hours. Very very poor management.

We had travelled in 2 A with PNR Number : 644-2075682. There were so many cockroaches in our compartment. Highly unhygienic food was provided to Sr. citizens and us.

A new brand non-ISI and unsealed water bottled were supplying to the all passengers @ Rs. 12.00

These all things are surprising us about Indian Railway Catering Service and Time Management.
