AC COACH NOT ATTACH TRAIN NO 4203 ON 17 NOV 10.PLS REFUND MY AC TICKET MONEY

Dear Sir

I have booked e ticket in train no 4203 (AC CHAIR CAR) BSB LKO INTERCITY Dated 17 th nov the details are Transaction id -0271969491, PNR NO-2642911748.

When i reached station I came to know that AC COACH is not attached with the train today and you can claim the refund. It was a pathetic experience for me and because I only like to travel by AC I didnt done the journey. Kindly refund the Payment of 363 rs in my travel agent A/C NO at the earliest and explain the reason for not attaching AC COACH in this train.
