TDR refund

I have an ticket on 4-10 from delhi to patna of PNR Number 2211586433 and Transaction ID 0259217536. But the train was late by 8-9 hours and i filled an TDR for my refund. as i have not boarded the train They were saying that your refund will be given in 3 months... now this is more than three month. But till now i havnt recieved my refund.
