Efund of ticket amount

Sir,

I submit that I reserved 3T A.C tickets from Ongole to Mughal sarai on Sangha mitra express on 3-4-08, with P.N.R No-416-1666161.But three members of my family failed to enter the compartment and the train left, but I returned from next stage vijayawada and the T.C notified it. Even after my several reminders the authorities are paying deaf ear. As per rules this comes under untravelled reserved tickets. I produced original ticket also to Dy Commercial Manager (refunds) Vijayawada and requested him by three reminders but in vain.
