Poor catering Services

I was travelling on 25th. Oct. 2008 from New Delhi to Lucknow by Bihar S Kranti Express (2566) in class 2 A [PNR 251-4844417]. THE PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED:

1 Bad and dirty water was supplied for drinking (On payment) by the Pantry car vendor (IRCTC person).

2. The food quality was awful.

3. Even if we want to pay more, good quality food is not available.

4. Why the passengers of AC class are forced to eat the poorest quality of food? Who is taking bribes?

5. Why there is no AC Chair car in this train as half of the Journey is during the daytime?
