Yet No Refund From Indian Railways Last 6 Months??

Sir,

I have booked 2 tickets 27/04 in Poorva Express. In which 1 seat was confirmed in the end.

But the other seat was not confirmed. and neither we got the other seat among two.

I asked by agent to return money. Agent says it took 100 days to get back money, but now its been over 5 months.

Kindly find the attachment for more details.

Kindly look into the matter and inform me refund is possible or not?
