Non receipt of refund of cancelled ticket

Dear sir,

I have booked two e-tickets through IRCTC website. Same both the tickets bearing PNR No. 8515444359 & 2454042085 were cancelled on 05.01.2009 but I have received amount of Rs. 826/- i.e. payment of only one ticket in my ITZ account card No. 688294310589. I have not received refund of second ticket. I have sent them two emails for the same but till date no reply is received. Please do the needful in the matter. If the said amount is credited in another card no. it is requested to supply the details of the said card no.
