No TC since long in Guj. Queen train 9190

Dear Laluji,

I am totally dissapointed by your management in rail which is pseudo sense of pleasure. The western rail dept never reply to complain in time and never committed to the assurance.

The Gujarat queen train from Ahmedabad to surat with no 9110 never have TC since long time almost more than two years which was inform to your dept but they are deaf and dumb.

The reserve coach is always full with unreserved people which will be unconfirtable to old age and child during travelling. If reserve compartment is open for all then whats a meaning of reservation facilities? Its a moral crime by Rail dept and as a chief you are responsible for that. At surat station, majority of trains never stop as per coach indicator guideline which shows the hight of negligence which was also inform to SS but the situation is same.

I am sure that rail dept is paralysed and have no remedy till we get good and genuine minister.
