Refund of train running six hrs late

I had booked a ticked of 9038 - Avadh Exp. for Khuchroad to Bandra Terminus. Other details are as follows

Total Fair Rs.276/-

As on the day of travel, train was late by 6 hrs., I deposited my ticket at 22.40hrs

TDR no 370807 on 28.01.2007.

On 14.04. I received refund order No. CRFC/1078846/2 dated 07.03.2007 for only Rs. 139/- this is 50% of fair only, infect, as the train was late by 6 hrs. 100% fair has to be refunded.

I have collected Rs.139/- from Vadodara Station with protest, I had also written a letter on April 18, to

The Chief Commercial Manager (Refunds), Churchgate, Mumbai.

This office did not bother to reply me. And the remaining refund of Rs. 139/- is not still paid.
