Product not delivered nor refund given

Order No. 240720090027 dated 24th July.

I had placed an order on 24th July to deliver Rakhi to my brother in law in USA.

The order was not executed for reasons best known to India Plaza.

My email to customer service is responded by standard reply we are investigating and will revert back to you, however, till date they have not been able to resolve the issue nor have they given me any refund.

I have been exchanging emails but no refund has been received till date.
