Insensitivity of postman

The postman, Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore, is inefficient, insensitive and carless. I am a single working mother, involved in family court hassels. He brings legal notices (register posts) on weekdays, and not finding me home, gives it to neighbours. I have repetedly requested him not to do so, as divorces are still not accaptale in India. Last week, he brought a legal notice (register post) and not finding me home, refused to give it to my mother and screamed from the road that since it is from family court (Thanks to him now the wwwhole neighbourhood knows i have an issue in the family court), it must be given to the adressee only. And that the adressee must collect it from the post office.

My question-Can the Post not be delivered on a Saturday when me (adressee) is at home?

Will the Post man be ever taught that there are certain issues that are to be delt with sense and sensitiviy?
