I booked a AC 3 ticket from Allahabad to New Delhi- PNR Number - 6324061147, this train was late by 8hrs and I have not travelled due to this delay. I have filed online TDR on 2nd March and the TDR is in admin approved state. Inspite of promissed refund within 60 days period of filing TDR. I have not received my refund till date which has been almost 5 months. I have mailed 5 times to tdrprocess but till date I have not received any reply. Please help.
