Received two sets of same books, not received free gift

Dear Sir/Ma'm,

I would like to inform you that I had ordered a set of books worth INR 574. But by receiving via VPP, it for two sets. I want to return of the set and manage to give me the amount of Rs.574 which I thought the other parcel is of Adidas bag.
