Non delivery of items

I have booked this item online on 31/01/09 and the same

goods mentioned below was received by me on 19/02/09. But

the size mentioned for the shoe and the track suit during

the online purchase and the actual size received are wrong.

I have talked with the phone banking representative on the

same issue on 19/02/09 and told him the problem. On his

advice I have send back all the items along with a complaint letter to the delhi address on 20/02/09 via Blue

dart courier. It was also told to me that the cost of the

courier done by me for returning the gifts will also be paid

by the as the mistake was done at their end. I would like to

know when will I receive the correct material and the cheque

of Rs 575 (bill enclosed with the courier) which has been

incurred by me for couriering back the wrong goods.

Also I would want to know why another mail has come to me

after this mail to state that you have not received the

payment. If you have not received the payment then how come

you made the delivery at the first time. I am attaching this

mail also. For your information as per my credit card

company the payment has been done to your company. I had a

talk with Mr Amit in your office on 28/02/09 and he told it

might be a system error and he also informed to contact him

today. But I am unable to get him on phone for the whole day

and hence this mail.

After this I called up the call centre and had talked with Ankit on 05/03/09, Sourav on 13/03/09 and Sumit on 19/03/09. All the time people are doing thier best to send the items within 7 days and not willing to do the same. Mr Ankit promised by 7 days. When I contacted them on 13/03 Sourav told by 21/03 I will receive the items and now Sumit on 19/03 tells he want another 10 days.

This company is cheating everybody. They don't want to give proper gifts as promised in their website and they only cheat people by swindling money from them.

PEOPLE SHOULD NOT TRANSACT WITH THIS COMPANY

I would expect a prompt reply on the above and also a quick

delivery of the goods and the cheque of Rs 575. The correct

size of the shoe is 8 USA or 42 Europe size and for the

track suit it is large size. Please mail me when I can get

the things.
